History

1995

• February 24th - the company was formed under the name Polinwest Brokerage House S.A. with its seat in Poznan, on the basis of an act of incorporation of the company.
• April 4th - Polinwest S.A. Brokerage House was registered, 79.4% of its share was taken by Mostostal Export S.A. and other shareholders: Polmos Poznan (20% stake) and 3 individuals. The aim of the company was to create a brokerage house in Poznan, actively working both on the secondary market, as well as on the primary market, particularly given the impending privatization of Polmos Poznan and the restructuring of the listed companies of Mostostal Export S.A. Group.
• The District Court in Poznan registered the change of company’s name Polinwest Brokerage House S.A. to Polinwest Consulting S.A. and the new wording of the company’s activities. The scope of Polinwest Consulting S.A. business was turned into companies’ cash flow management services, providing financial, tax and legal advisory services, as well as credit and insurance brokerage.

1996

• Polinwest Consulting S.A. acquired the new issue of shares of the Karkonoski Brokerage House S.A. and became its majority shareholder.
• The change of the company’s name, Karkonoski Brokerage House S.A., to Polinwest Brokerage House S.A. Polinwest Consulting S.A. had a 75% share of Polinwest Brokerage House S.A., the remaining 25% shares were held by Jelfa S.A. listed company.
• As a result of the main owner’s policy changes the liquidation of Polinwest Brokerage House’s S.A. brokerage activity has begun.
• The position of the Chairman of the Management Board of Polinwest Consulting S.A. was taken by Jacek Mrowicki and the position of Investment Director was taken by Paweł Śliwiński. Commencement of the consulting activity for local government units and companies under the name Polinwest Consulting S.A.
• Consultancy in the first ever rural community bond issue organized in Poland (Miescisko)

1997

• Mostostal Export S.A. sold its shares in the company Polinwest Consulting S.A. in the number of 1 985 shares preferred as to voting in the ratio 3:1, which accounted for 79.4% of the shares and votes, for the benefit of Mostostal Ventures Sp. z o. o. in which Mostostal Export S.A. held 100% stake.
• The change of the company’s name to Inwest Consulting S.A.

1998

• Consultancy in the holding structure organization and funding system organization of the Lewiatan S.A. holding and consultancy services related to the development of Lewiatan Retail S.A.

1999

• 10th issue of municipal bonds held by Inwest Consulting S.A. (II emission Krotoszyn City)

2000

• Preparation of the first ever district bond issue organized in Poland (District Sroda Slaska)
• Disposal of shares by Mostostal Ventures Sp. z o.o. for the benefit of Messrs Jacek Mrowicki and Paweł Śliwiński

2001

• Preparation of the first ever provincial bond issue organized in Poland (Province Wielkopolska)
• 50th issuance of municipal bonds held by Inwest Consulting S.A. (City and Municipality Strzegom).

2002

• Organization of the first ever in Poland public issue of municipal bonds in the form of public offering (City of Rybnik).
• Disposal of shares by Wyborowa S.A. (former Polmos) for the benefit of Messrs Jacek Mrowicki and Paweł Śliwiński. All shares of the Company Inwest Consulting S.A. became the property of Messrs Jacek Mrowicki and Paweł Śliwiński (50/50).
• The company’s operating revenues for the first time in its history exceed PLN 1 million.

2003

• Assistance in the preparation of the largest hitherto municipal bond issue program (City of Poznan - PLN 500 million).
• 100th issuance of municipal bonds organized by INWEST CONSULTING S.A. (City and Municipality Radlin).
• Obtaining the title of the Authorised Adviser of the Central Table of Offers - polish OTC market, currently known as BondSpot.

2004

• Organization of the first ever in Poland municipal bond issue for investment in IROP – Structural Funds (Nidzica).
• Entry to the list of accredited contractors under the Phare pre-accession program, "Financing for Growth".

2005

• Consultancy in public offering and the introduction of shares to the Warsaw Stock Exchange by PC Guard S.A.
• Signing contracts with the company Pozbud T & R Sp. o.o. for consultancy in the transition process and the floatation on the regulated market.

2006

• IPO of Inwest Consulting S.A.
• Signing contracts for consulting in the transition process and the introduction to the regulated market of 9 companies.

2007

• Private issue dedicated to IPO Doradztwo Strategiczne Sp. z o. o. (IPO Strategic Advisory) shareholders, resulting in broadening of group
