PAWEŁ ŚLIWIŃSKI - Chairman of the Management Board

Investment adviser (licence no. 111) and the stock broker (licence no. 1094). Ph.D. in economics, graduate of Poznan University of Economics. Mr. Śliwiński studied at Universities in Tilburg (Netherlands), Antwerpen (Belgium) and Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He gained experience while working in Brokerage House of WBK S.A., Brokerage House of BRE S.A. and Brokerage House of POLINVEST S.A. Assistant professor at the Department of International Finances of Poznan University of Economics.

SEBASTIAN HUCZEK - Vice-Chairman of the Management Board

Graduate of a law faculty of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Since 2000 year Mr. Huczek has worked in INVESTcon GROUP S.A., at present Vice-Chairman, Legal Department Manager. He was an academic teacher of Poznan School of Banking on the post-graduate courses in public finance and local capital markets, and Poznan University of Economics on the post-graduate courses in the financial management. An author of many publications about the public securities and trading.

PIOTR BIAŁOWĄS - Vice-Chairman of the Management Board

Graduated from the faculty of Marketing and Management at the Zielona Gora University of Technology and Post-GraduateAssociation of Managerial Initiatives, Consultant of European Funds. Member of Polish Association for Energy Certification. Member of the Supervisory Board in Centrum Leasingu i Finansów CLIF S.A. (Leasing and Finance Centre CLIF S.A.) Member of the Association of Individual Investors. Since 2008 year Mr. Białowąs has worked in INVESTcon GROUP S.A., at present Vice-Chairman, Investment Department Manager. Academic teacher on courses for candidates for members of Supervisory Boards of Companies of the State Treasury. He worked in Brokerage House of Staropolski Bank S.A. and Polish Equity Fund S.A.
