He was e.g. Director of Brokerage House of Staropolski Bank in Poznan (1994-1997), board member MTS-CeTO S.A. in Warsaw (polish OTC market, currently known as BondSpot) (1997-1999), Chairman of Warta Investment Sp. z o. o. and director of Bureau of Strategy and Capital Development of TUiR WARTA S.A. (insurance and reinsurance company) (1999-2004), director of City of Poznan Bureau of Ownership Supervision (2004-2005), and also judge of Arbitration Court of The Chamber of Brokerage Houses (1998-2000) and member of Audit Committee of The Chamber of Brokerage Houses (1997-98). He was also member of supervisory boards of many companies, among others Stocznia Gdynia S.A (shipyard)., TFI Warta S.A. (investment fund), Bank Częstochowa S.A., Warta Cultus Sp. z o.o. (real estate supervision agency). |

ALEKSANDRA PERSONA-ŚLIWIŃSKA Graduate of Poznan University of Medical Sciences, second degree specialist in obstetrics and gynecology, specialist in biological regeneration (post-graduate studies in University School of Physical Education in Poznan), Ph.D. degree in medical science. Between 1996-2011 she worked in Obstetrics and Gynaecology Clinical Hospital in Poznan. Member of both polish and international scientific societies (PTG, PTMP, ISUOG), author and coauthor of more than 40 publications, active participant in many symposium and scientific conferences dedicated to issues of obstetrics and gynecology. ROBERT SZCZEPAŃSKI Ph.D. in economics, graduate of Poznan University of Economics. Currently employed in International Marketing Faculty of Poznan University of Economics. He was, among others, specialist in Promotion Department of the Economic Chamber of Crafts in Poznan (1994-1996) and Deputy Director of Economical and Marketing Affairs of Poznan Philharmonic (1998-2004). Since 1996 manager and lecturer of Poznan School of Banking MBA program. |
ANDRZEJ RABENDA Graduate of Finance and Banking Faculty of Krakow University of Economics and Law and Administration Faculty of Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Participant of many trainings covering capital market and financial reporting. Since April 2005 Mr. Rabenda is employed in Brokerage House IDMSA, as, in sequence, assistant to primary market specialist, primary market specialist, project manager. Member of several dozen of projects related to capital market (pre-IPO, IPO, SPO, bond emissions, calls). He was a Board Member of Relpol S.A. |
